📬 Inbox — every customer chat in one place
If your clients message you on LINE, you know the chaos: conversations scattered across phones, two people answering the same question, messages slipping through unanswered.
The new Inbox brings your LINE Official Account chats into one dashboard. Your whole team sees the same conversations and replies from desktop or mobile, and every chat links to the client's history automatically — you see what the person messaging you booked last, and when.
For busy shops, an AI assistant can draft replies from your real business data (services, prices, opening hours) for you to review and send — or answer routine questions automatically once you trust it.
🎟️ Events — sell tickets to workshops and events online
Running a class, a workshop, or a launch party? You can now create a ticket page right inside JaaTime — customers pick a quantity, pay, and receive their tickets online, all on your own booking site.
Ticket inventory counts down automatically, payments are verified, and event revenue flows into your regular finance reports alongside everything else.
📱 Rich Menu — design your LINE OA menu yourself
The Rich Menu is the tappable image menu at the bottom of a LINE chat — the thing customers use to book, browse promotions, or contact you. Until now, a good-looking one usually meant hiring a designer.
Our new builder lets you pick a template, arrange the cells, set text and colors, and download the finished image for free. If your own LINE OA is connected, one click publishes the menu straight into your LINE — with the booking button wired up automatically.
🔗 JaaLink — a link-in-bio page with booking built in
One link for your Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook bio that carries everything: a booking button, a gallery of your work, promotions, contact channels, and a map.
What makes JaaLink different from generic link-in-bio tools is that it's wired directly into your booking system — a customer taps your link and completes a booking in seconds, without bouncing between apps. The base page is free for every shop, with premium themes and a digital business card on higher plans.
📲 The mobile app is updated on iOS and Android
The new app version carries everything above, plus the single most-requested improvement from shop owners: editing prices directly on appointments — both when creating and when editing a booking, for all the times the price at the chair differs from the list price. Deposit-related booking notifications got more accurate too.
