By accessing or using JaaTime ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
JaaTime provides cloud-based salon management software including:
- Appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Client management
- Staff management
- Booking pages and online reservations
- Reporting and analytics
Account Registration
To use our Service:
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must provide accurate information
- You're responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per business/user
- You must not share your login credentials
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service to anyone
- Terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Modify or discontinue the Service with notice
Subscription and Payment
Pricing:
- Subscription fees are stated on our website
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- All fees are in Thai Baht (THB) unless stated otherwise
Payment Terms:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Payment is due in advance
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other methods
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
Refund Policy:
- Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months
- Annual plans: Pro-rated refunds within first 30 days
- Free trial cancellation: No charges if canceled before trial ends
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service legally and ethically
- Not misuse or attempt to hack the Service
- Not upload malicious content
- Maintain accurate business information
- Comply with data protection laws regarding your customers' data
- Not resell or redistribute the Service
Data Ownership
Your Data:
- You own all data you input into the system
- You can export your data at any time
- Upon account termination, data is deleted after 30 days
Our Rights:
- We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics
- We retain the right to our software, code, and platform
Service Availability
- We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee it
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
- We're not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- JaaTime is provided "AS IS"
- We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
- We're not responsible for data loss (you should maintain backups)
Intellectual Property
- JaaTime platform, logo, and materials are our property
- You receive a limited license to use the Service
- You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our software
Termination
You may terminate:
- At any time by canceling your subscription
- No refund for remaining subscription period (except as stated above)
We may terminate:
- For violation of these Terms
- For non-payment
- For illegal activity
- With 30 days notice for any reason
Thai Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will be resolved in Bangkok courts.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
