JaaLink: One Link That Holds Your Whole Salon — Booking Included
Social platforms give a business exactly one link in the bio. JaaLink puts Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LINE, your map, your phone number and your booking page behind that single link — so customers can book without waiting for a reply.
Your salon posts good work every day. The follower count climbs. The chairs still have gaps.
Most of the time the problem isn't the photos. It's the distance between someone seeing the photo and actually holding an appointment.
Count the steps a customer goes through today. They see a post, open a chat, wait for a reply, ask about pricing, wait again, ask what's free on Saturday, wait again, and only then get a slot. Every wait is a place where they drift to another salon.
JaaLink closes that distance. It's a single public page for your business with your booking page built into it.
Why one link in bio matters more than it sounds
Instagram, TikTok and Facebook each give a business exactly one link in the profile. That forces a choice, and every choice is a compromise.
Point it at LINE and the customer still has to message you. Point it at a map and they only learn where you are. Point it at a generic link tree and they have to tap through to somewhere that eventually leads to booking.
For a business that earns its money by the appointment, that one link should lead to a booking — not to a page that leads to a page that leads to a booking.
What JaaLink is
JaaLink is one public page that holds everything you'd hand a customer:
- Your booking page, as a built-in link type — not a URL you have to copy and paste correctly
- LINE, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and any other channel you use
- Phone number, map, current promotions
- A QR code for the page, for everything that happens off-screen
- A digital business card for the owner
One link, in every bio, on every platform. No more deciding which one to sacrifice.
What your salon gets out of it
Customers book while you're asleep
People scroll and pick a salon late at night, which is exactly when you're closed and nobody is answering chat. The page works that shift for you. A customer taps the booking button, picks a service, picks a stylist and a free slot, and confirms — start to finish, no reply needed.
You stop answering the same five questions
Services, prices, location, opening hours, phone, current promotions — all on one page, all findable without messaging you. The hours that used to go into typing the same answers go back into the work in front of you.
Every channel grows at once
Someone who finds you on TikTok can follow your Instagram from the same page. Someone from Facebook can add your LINE in one tap. Nobody leaks out between platforms. And once a customer is in your LINE, you can reach them with a promotion without paying for another ad.
Change it once, it changes everywhere
New promotion, new phone number, new address, new service — edit the page once and every place you've ever shared the link updates immediately. No going through each app's bio. No stale link sitting in a post from last year.
It works off-screen too
Every page comes with a QR code. Print it on the mirror, at the till, on your shop sign, on receipts, on name cards. Someone walking past scans it with their phone camera. Someone who just finished a treatment books their next visit before they've left the chair.
For beauty businesses, where repeat customers carry the revenue, that last one moves the number more than most owners expect.
Your number lives in their phone
The same page carries a digital business card. One tap saves your salon's name and number straight into a visitor's contacts, or adds it to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. When they next want an appointment, you're the salon they find first.
You can also switch on lead capture and collect a visitor's name and email to follow up later.
It replaces a paid tool
Plenty of salons already pay monthly for a link-in-bio service. JaaLink does the same job, except the booking page is native rather than bolted on — no separate signup, no stitching two products together.
It can actually look like your salon
Generic link pages make every business look like every other business, which is a poor fit for an industry that sells taste and atmosphere.
JaaLink lets you set the theme, the profile image or logo, the title and bio, and the wallpaper — solid colour, gradient, pattern or photo, with image search built in. You control the button style, the corner radius, your own colours, decorative stickers and the footer.
It also ships with a proper set of Thai typefaces, including display faces for headings — something international tools generally don't offer. A Thai salon can look like a Thai brand instead of a translated template.
Setting it up
A four-step checklist walks you through the first build:
- Pick a theme
- Add your logo or profile photo, your name and a short bio
- Add your links — booking page first, then socials and everything else
- Press Publish
The page is not live until you press Publish, and edits are saved manually. A half-finished redesign is never public, so you can experiment freely.
You can do all of it on the web or in the JaaTime mobile app. Total time: under five minutes.
Once published, your page lives at your-subdomain.jaatime.com/links. If you've connected your own domain to JaaTime, the page serves there too at no extra cost.
Who it's for
Any appointment business whose customers find them on social:
- Hair salons and barbershops
- Nail and lash studios
- Massage shops and spas
- Beauty and skin clinics
- Yoga, pilates and personal training studios
- Makeup artists and tattoo artists working by appointment
No technical knowledge, no code, no API keys, no additional third-party account. It uses the business you already have in JaaTime.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from Linktree
The basic job is the same — one page holding your links. The difference is that JaaLink has booking built in, so the booking button is a native part of the system rather than a URL you paste in. It also includes Thai fonts, a digital business card and a QR code, and there's nothing extra to sign up for if you already use JaaTime.
Does it cost extra
JaaLink is part of the JaaTime account you already have. Published pages show a "Powered by JaaTime" badge; removing the badge is a Pro feature.
Can I build it from my phone
Yes. JaaLink works on both the web dashboard and the JaaTime mobile app.
Will customers see my page while I'm still designing it
No. The page stays offline until you press Publish, and changes are saved manually. Before you publish, the address simply doesn't resolve.
Can I use my own domain
Yes. If your domain is already connected to JaaTime, your JaaLink page serves on it at no additional cost.
Is there a printed business card
The digital card is live now. A physical card is coming soon.
The short version
Your link in bio is the front door of your business online. If that door opens directly onto a booking screen, the calendar fills faster and you get your evenings back.
Open the JaaLink section in JaaTime and build your page. It takes under five minutes, and you can change your mind as many times as you like before anything goes public.
